As an IT Product Manager at Drax you’ll be accountable for defining, prioritising, and delivering change that meets business and customer needs for technology products. You’ll be responsible for shaping product strategy, managing and ensuring delivery of the product roadmap, maximising value delivery, and ensuring products are reliable, secure, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle.

You’ll work with the Product Owners and sponsors to build out and deliver the product roadmap. You’ll develop product strategy and vision by maintaining a clear product vision aligned to the business goals and technology strategy. You’ll define product value propositions, target users, business problems and desired outcomes and build the product roadmap using customer insights, commercial drivers, data analytics and architectural direction.

You’ll communicate proactively, regularly and transparently with your stakeholders regarding roadmaps, progress, risks, and the value delivered to ensure that your stakeholders across the business are well-informed. You’ll partner with service operations to ensure that products are stable, resilient, and supportable and ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.

You’ll need strong organisation skills and the ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be able to travel across our UK sites as and when required.
