We're looking for an experienced People Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture team.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with managers and leaders across the business, providing expert employee relations advice and helping to create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Our People Relations Advisors are positioned to support the case fully, providing remote guidance and in the room support for case meetings.

You'll be a trusted advisor on a wide range of people matters, supporting managers through employee relations cases, influencing leadership decisions, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex people challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

As a People Relations Advisor, you'll

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters.
  • Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, and other people-related cases.
  • Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policy and best practice.
  • Analyse case trends and people data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactive interventions.
  • Deliver guidance, coaching and training to managers to enhance their people management capability.
  • Support policy reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of people processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across People & Culture to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.

Significant experience in a People Relations or Employee Relations focused role.

  • Experience managing employee relations matters closely, supporting managers remotely and in the meeting and being fully involved in the case.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience producing high-quality HR documentation and correspondence.
