As part of the Commercial Team, the Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of electric vehicle installation projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for EV installation projects and ongoing services, covering design, supply chain, installation, and connection works.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce clear bills of quantities and commercial pricing models.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations alongside Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure best value, compliance, and risk control.
- Partner with project and design teams to validate quantities, assess build methodologies, and ensure costs align with budgets.
- Support value engineering, cost optimisation and risk management to protect margins and deliver against commercial KPIs.
- Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure pricing, variations and cost reporting are transparent, competitive and client‑focused.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within construction, grid connections.
