Drax-Altus is exclusively partnering with a leading European private markets firm managing €80bn AUM across multiple core strategies. The firm is seeking a technically strong Product/Investor Communications Lead (Senior Associate/VP Level) for its Private Credit business, a newly created role offering broad exposure to senior stakeholders.

THE ROLE

  • Investor Communication
    • Act as the central point for investor communications and requests across the Credit platform
    • Manage prospective investor queries (via IR) covering operational and performance topics
    • Handle information and data requests on investor details, capital activity, performance, and fees
  • Fund Performance Data & Analysis
    • Deliver performance data to investors (IRRs, MOICs, cash flow and return analysis)
    • Collaborate with Fund Finance, Portfolio Optimisation, and IR teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Internal & External Coordination
    • Liaise across Fund Control, Operations, Investment, and Portfolio Optimisation teams
    • Oversee external fund administrators’ investor servicing output
    • Ensure responses align with fund documentation, governance, and internal records
    • Review bespoke investor reporting requirements and validate fund performance metrics
  • Systems & Process Enhancement
    • Review and streamline IR workflows for investor communication
    • Support implementation of systems to enhance efficiency and investor experience
    • Manage workflow tools and query pipelines, maintaining clear records of all interactions
    • Build a repository of recurring investor queries to automate outputs (dashboards, FAQs, reports)

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–8+ years in fund finance, fund control, fund operations, or investor servicing within private markets (ideally private credit)
  • Strong understanding of closed-ended fund mechanics (capital flows, fees, investor reporting)
  • Experience managing institutional investor communications and performance data delivery
  • Confident with fund performance metrics (IRR, DPI, MOIC) and related calculations
