The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

We are looking for an organised Architectural Technologist or Part II Architectural Assistant to join our Draw Plan team. The successful candidate will integrate with our existing team to deliver architectural projects in the office. Primarily the projects will be in the high-end residential sector with an opportunity to progress onto some of our commercial projects in the future.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Hold a relevant degree from a recognised university.
  • Organisation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Technical construction knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of current Building Regulations & British Standards.
  • Ability to problem solve using own initiative.
  • Team player.
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written) and well-presented.
  • Experience in coordinating / liaising with external consultants (structural engineer, MEP etc).
  • Revit experience is essential for this role as all new projects are completed in Revit.
  • AutoCAD skills would be beneficial.
  • Design and presentation skills would be advantageous.
  • Ideally will have worked in a small practice environment, and have a rounded skill set.
  • Someone who understands the opportunity in front of them/has some professional maturity.

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate: Warrington, WA3 6FW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
