You understand that great food starts with consistency and care, and you play a vital role in making sure every guest leaves happy.

What You Will Do

  • You will keep your section organised, stocked, and spotless, helping to create a kitchen that runs smoothly and safely.
  • You will take responsibility for due diligence, completing temperature logs, food safety checks, and daily records accurately and on time.
  • You will follow all allergen and hygiene procedures, report issues promptly, and help the team stay compliant at all times.
  • You will work closely with your Kitchen Manager and the wider team, supporting training for new chefs, helping with stock deliveries and rotation, and keeping waste low through smart preparation and organisation.
  • You will communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and always be ready to lend a hand wherever needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • You care about quality and consistency.
  • You are organised, reliable, and take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
  • You understand food safety and the importance of due diligence, and you treat those responsibilities seriously.
  • You are a team player who communicates clearly and brings a positive attitude to every shift.
  • You stay focused under pressure, are curious to learn, and always look for ways to make things better.
  • You see yourself not just as a cook, but as a key part of creating an experience, where great food and great atmosphere come together.
