Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and data‑driven Paid Search Manager to join the Drata revenue marketing team. This individual will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management, optimization, and scaling of our paid search campaigns across Google and Bing. The ideal candidate is an analytical self‑starter with strong executional skills, bringing both strategy and hands‑on campaign management experience. They are also adept at leveraging AI‑driven tools for campaign optimization, data analysis, and creative testing to improve efficiency, performance, and scale. This is a hybrid role based in London.
What You'll Do
- Manage, optimize, and execute paid campaigns across Google and Bing.
- Monitor daily account performance, making adjustments to bids, targeting, and ad copy to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy.
- Develop and test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
- Report regularly on KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid search strategy with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leverage AI tools to audit campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Implement and analyze Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT) to connect ad performance with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing global PPC campaigns, preferably within an agency setting or for a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience with display, remarketing, and/or paid social campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid search.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategy.
- Proficient with bid management tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and spreadsheets.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience targeting.
- Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The salary range for this role is £60,400- £74,550, subject to change. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation—including a candidate’s professional background and experience. This range may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
