Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) - Night Duty

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team for night duty at our nursing home.

Responsibilities

  • Safe administration of medication.
  • Delivering personal care and clinical support.
  • Wound care and monitoring residents conditions.
  • Documentation, repositioning & mobility needs.
  • Completing nightly rounds and ensuring resident safety.
  • Supervision of staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be live on the NMC Register.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience preferred but not essential, support and training will be provided.
  • Good IT skills for care planning and documentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management Knowledge of safeguarding and DOLS.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Skilled in end-of-life palliative care.
  • Confidence in handling medical emergencies.
  • Experience in care planning.

Further Information

Location: Drapersfield House.Night Duty position, Hours of work are from 19:45hrs until 08:15hrs (shift pattern to be discussed at interview) Monday until Sunday as per rota, Set nights available.Please note: We do NOT hold a sponsorship licence. Eligibility to work in the UK.
