We are looking for a skilled motivated Workshop/Aftersales Technician to join our strong, collaborative Workshop team.

About the Role
Working as our Workshop/Aftersales Technician your role will include:
- Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide variety of tools and domestic products, including:
- Hand tools
- Power tools
- Electrical and battery-operated equipment
- Domestic products sold within our range and brand ranges
Requirements
Skills required:
- Proven experience in repairing and servicing tools, power tools, or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment.
- Practical problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Experience in wholesale or retail tool businesses.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of PAT testing and UK electrical safety standards.
- Qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related trade.
- Strong computer literacy.
