Job Overview
We are recruiting for a part‑time Morning Cleaner.
The role requires working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with preferred hours from 7:30am to 11:30am.
The position involves traveling between our Head Office and warehouse in North Baddesley, so a full driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas such as offices, washrooms, warehouses, accommodation facilities and communal areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards as per the cleaning schedule.
- Replenish consumables such as toilet rolls, soaps and paper towels.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with training and company procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Lead Cleaner.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use.
- Comply with site security procedures, including wearing PPE.
- Servicing and maintaining coffee machines.
- Empty recycling stations and transfer waste to appropriate waste receptacles.
- Clean all surfaces, fixtures and fittings; mop and/or hoover all floors.
- Clean and polish staircases, tables and other furniture.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Cleaner.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive and professional attitude; good communication skills.
