We’re looking for an experienced Creative Services Lead to oversee the execution and delivery of premium creative content production across digital and print channels. Working closely with our talented Creative Services team, you will deliver on-brand and audience focussed creative, with outcome driven solutions. About the RoleWorking as our Creative Services Lead your role will include: Leading, managing, developing and motivating the Creative Services team. Acting as the creative lead and brand guardian for the business, developing creative concepts that will deliver outcomes set and provide good return on investment. Working with the Head of Marketing to develop, review and manage the company’s brand identities and brand architecture, ensuring it remains effective and relevant, and that it is used correctly across the business and its partners. Supporting the team to effectively screen and filter briefs, creating effective workflows to ensure deadlines are met and assisting in project coordination to make sure projects are on schedule, within scope and on budget. Working in partnership with Marketing, Buying and Sales to develop creative solutions that drive sales across our various channels, ensuring there is a focus on how best to differentiate our brands from the competition and inspire both our B2B and B2C customer base. Ensuring the team has suitable tools and technology to carry out their roles. Keeping up to date with emerging technology and trends and finding ways to use that knowledge to improve the company’s creative output. Coaching and supporting the team’s professional development, sharing constructive feedback, celebrating success, fostering ideas, and developing talent. Requirements Experience of leading the creative direction in an agency or corporate setting. Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement. Strong knowledge of all types of creative production covering digital and print. Experience of creating and evolving brands across a large organisation. Fluent in the latest art and design tools and technologies including Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Proficiency with AI tools. Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite. Deadline driven, knows how to plan and prioritise a multi-project workload. Shows a positive, calm and collaborative attitude.
