We are looking for a Merchandiser to maintain customer displays, ensuring they are kept up to date and well stocked.
Working closely with our sales team across Northern Ireland and our customers, you will ensure our in-store presence is maximised, whilst also spotting opportunities to boost sales and brand loyalty.

About the Role
Working as our Merchandiser your role will include
- Setting up and maintaining new and existing Draper Tools displays within our extensive stockist base.
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities when visiting customers.
- Ensuring all customer re-stock cards are kept up to date.
- Maintaining maximum stock levels and ensuring customer displays are always neat, tidy and well presented.
- Taking responsibility for setting up and dismantling trade show stands and displays.
- Coordinating warranty repairs with our service centres and stockists.
- Regularly using and demonstrating product samples, particularly for specified products.
- Providing efficient and timely responses to general administration, expense claims and reporting requirements.
- Attending end-user trade shows as required, which may involve weekend working.
- Generating and implementing an efficient journey plan to effectively manage the area.
- Providing cover for Area Sales Managers as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience of hand and power tools is essential
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Able to build and maintain excellent relationships
- Able to manage own tasks and prioritise workload
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Clean driving licence
- Strong IT skills
- Full-time role with travel to different locations across Northern Ireland on a daily basis.
Flexibility on working hours will be required with very occasional travel to Head Office.
