About the RoleWorking as our Account Manager your role will include:

Building and maintaining strong, long lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent customer service whilst maximising revenue for the company.
Identifying opportunities for growth, and use all available offers/tools to keep customers engaged and generate new business.
Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to queries by phone or email.
Creating bespoke promotions and offers tailored to each customer’s needs.
Maintaining and updating the customer database with any relevant information including contact details, contact names and registered addresses.
Working with Internal Sales Manager to generate a customer contact call frequency schedule and plan.

Requirements

Good knowledge or understanding of the UK tool wholesale industry would be beneficial
Previous experience in a telesales or account management role is desirable
Good negotiation skills with the ability to identify additional sales opportunities
Passion and drive to succeed in a sales environment
Polite and professional tone in all communications
Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
Develop great relationships across the business and with colleagues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good working knowledge of MS office and databases
