Job Description
The role
We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to manage the day-to-day running of all marketplace activity, ensuring ongoing revenue growth and increasing profitability. The role will also support the growth of the company’s marketplace presence in both the UK and EU markets.
Full-time and part-time working hours will be considered for this position.
Job responsibilities
- Support the Marketplace Manager in executing marketplace strategies.
- Optimize product listings for both new and existing products.
- Ensure all product information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Monitor marketplace performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest adjustments to enhance growth and visibility.
- Review and monitor advertising spend and performance.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
- Drive expansion into new marketplaces by researching and identifying potential platforms aligned with growth strategies.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience working with online marketplaces, ideally eBay and B&Q.
- Experience with eBay Seller Hub and/or B&Q Merchant Centre is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
- Proven experience in product optimization to improve marketplace performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Team player.
