The Role

A varied, hands-on position supporting the day-to-day running of the office while learning all aspects of estate agency. You’ll assist with admin, property marketing, and sales/lettings support, working closely with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and organisation
  • Answering calls and handling enquiries
  • Liaising with photographers and videographers
  • Uploading property listings and preparing details
  • Assisting with basic marketing and social media - there is scope here for more involvement in the Instagram and Tiktok business accounts
  • Supporting sales and lettings teams where needed
  • Opportunity (if desired) to assist with and carry out property viewings
  • Viewings may contribute towards a discretionary bonus
