What the role involves This is a varied and rewarding role , supporting adults with learning disabilities either 1:1 or in small groups throughout the day. You will: Support students to express their needs, choices, and goals Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills Take part in fun, engaging, and meaningful daily activities Be a positive role model and build respectful, supportive relationships Provide personal care where required, maintaining dignity and choice Administer medication safely (training provided) Work closely with colleagues and professionals as part of a supportive team No two days are the same but youll always know when youre finishing work.
