Working Pattern

This is a full-time position based at our flagship store on Savile Row. The role is worked on a rota basiswithregular weekend workingrequiredas part of the normal working pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experience
  • Welcome every client with warmth, professionalismand genuine hospitality.
  • Build lasting relationships that extend beyond a single purchase.
  • Providethoughtful styling advice across tailoring, knitwear, outerwear, shirtingand accessories.
  • Develop an understanding of each client's wardrobe and personal style.
  • Follow up with clients through phone, emailand digital channels tomaintainlong-term relationships.
  • Build and Grow Your Client Book
  • Proactively develop a loyal portfolio of clients.
  • Generate repeat business through personalised outreach and appointment selling.
  • Support in-store events and private client appointments.
  • Tailoring & Product Expertise
  • Develop expert knowledge of Drake's tailoring, fabrics, garmentconstructionand RTWcollections.
  • Confidently advise clients on fit, alterations, clothselectionand garment care.
  • Takeaccuratealteration notes and communicate customer requirementsclearly
  • Support clients through both Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order tailoring appointments, delivering a considered and consultative experience.
  • Build a strong understanding of Drake's Made-to-Order offering, guiding clients through fabrics, fit and styling with confidence.
  • Continue developing technical tailoring knowledge through ongoing product and fit training.
  • Store Standards
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure the shop floor is impeccably presented throughout the trading day.
  • Replenish merchandise andmaintainstock availability.
  • Ensure all products are correctly ticketed and presented.
  • Assistwith deliveries, stockorganisationand quarterly inventory counts.
  • Team Contribution
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Retail, Operations and Merchandising.
  • Share product knowledge and best practice with the wider team.
  • Contribute positively to a culture of continuous learning and exceptional service.

About You

You'lllikely possessmany of the following qualities

  • A genuine interest in menswear, tailoringandcraftsmanship.
  • Experience within luxury retail or premium menswear.
  • Strong Ready-to-Wear tailoring experience.
  • Experience with Made-to-Order tailoring or a genuine enthusiasm to developexpertisein this area.
  • An understanding of garment construction, fitand alterations.
  • Naturally curious, personableand confident communicating with an international clientele.
  • A proactive approach to client development and relationship building.
  • High attention to detail and pride inmaintainingexceptional standards.
  • Commercially aware with a genuine desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication to build client relationships.
