About this opportunity:
We are currently looking for a motivated and hard working applicant to join and lead the meat department. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more!
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to order and control costs
- An understanding of gross profit calculations
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
