Minimum Requirements

1. UK CAA (f)ATPL(A) or ATPL(A)
2. Minimum 1,500 hours total time
3. Minimum 1,000 hours PIC
4. Current or previously held Multi-Engine IR
5. Tactical Military Captaincy Experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee safe and efficient flight operations in line with regulations and company procedures
2. Coordinate and execute specialised flight profiles, including formation and low-level ops
3. Work with fellow crew members to fulfil mission objectives and maintain high professional standards
4. Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, upholding Draken’s reputation for excellence

Your Progression within Draken

Upon joining as a Probationary Captain, you will receive a Falcon 20 Type Rating course. Once qualified, you will occupy the right hand seat, acting as a First Officer until you have the pre-requisite experience and skills to make the transition to Captaincy. Draken is a UK CAA Part-CAT operator and requires pilots to hold an ATPL, as well as suitable aircraft specific, civilian, and tactical experience to become a Captain.
