About The Role
As a Compliance Auditor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) in delivering a robust compliance monitoring programme across Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training, ATO, and CAMO. You’ll lead audits, develop checklists, monitor findings, and contribute to continuous improvement in our compliance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support audits across aviation functions, ensuring compliance with UK CAA and other regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain audit checklists and documentation aligned with UK Reg 965/2012, 1178/2011, and CAP 632.
- Manage audit programmes, produce reports, and track findings through to resolution.
- Deliver internal training on auditing techniques and compliance principles.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to maintain transparency and readiness.
- Support compliance documentation for current operations and future bids.
- Manage compliance tools including AQD, Q-Pulse, and SharePoint.
We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Aviation industry experience, ideally in defence or special mission operations.
- Strong knowledge of UK CAA, ICAO, and relevant aviation regulations.
- Experience conducting audits in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring Systems (CMS).
