Hours: Full-time 37 hours | Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30 | Permanent

The Role

We are recruiting for a Draken Health & Safety Administrator, a key support role focused on compliance, documentation, and coordination to ensure all SHE standards are consistently met across the organisation.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a health and safety or compliance-focused environment
  • Experience managing documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and version control
  • Familiarity with coordinating training, occupational health appointments, or similar bookings
  • Experience supporting departmental activities and managing diaries or schedules

Skills

Essential:
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly in document control and record keeping
Desirable:
  • Knowledge or experience of health and safety practices
  • Understanding of COSHH and safety management systems

Qualifications

  • Relevant administrative qualification or equivalent experience
  • Health and Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH) – desirable
