We welcome applications from UK service leavers for:
- Air Crew Roles – Captains, First Officers, and Electronic Warfare Officers/System Operators supporting live and synthetic training.
- Functional Support Roles – Including Programme Management, Business Development, Maintenance, Capability Development, EW Specialists, Synthetic Training, and Mission Systems.
Our primary operational hubs are at:
- Bournemouth International Airport
- Teesside International Airport
Additional opportunities exist across other UK locations as well as overseas, with some roles offering hybrid working arrangements. Travel to customer locations across the UK and internationally may be required.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Flying Roles: A minimum of 1000 flying hours on any military aircraft, plus the necessary UK ATPL or CPL, Class 1 Medical, and MCC certification. Draken may offer support for civilian licensing through our Red Air Managed Path scheme.
- Functional Roles: Open to UK military personnel with relevant experience in support functions such as Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain, Finance, Programmes etc.
