Draken is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to support our Integrated Bid Team (IBT). You will represent the IDT Director on bids, lead SMEs, and ensure the full suite of programme outputs is produced to mobilise and manage the bid.
Responsibilities include creating and updating plans and documentation, tracking performance, resolving day‑to‑day issues, and reporting to Senior Stakeholders. Experience in bid development and familiarity with engineering or defence systems are desirable.
