Draken is recruiting a Technical Instructor to join the Technical Training Department on a 9‑month fixed-term contract in the Hurn/Bournemouth area. You will develop and deliver high‑quality training programmes in line with aviation regulatory requirements.
You will support engineers, apprentices and operational teams, ensuring training remains compliant, engaging and effective while growing workforce competency. Travel within the UK and abroad is expected.
