Are you ready to shape the future of mission planning in one of the most dynamic aviation environments? Draken Europe is assembling a cutting-edge Red Force Planning Cell (RFPC), and we’re looking for talented individuals to drive our operations to new heights.
The RFPC is at the forefront of mission planning, supporting our Falcon 20 and L159 crews and spearheading detachment planning, including international operations. This exciting role not only tackles daily mission planning but also integrates with emerging Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) and simulated IADS capabilities, setting the stage for the next generation of military aviation operations.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with customers to understand and refine tasking requirements.
- Develop critical sortie products, including line-up cards and mission profiles.
- Lead pre-mission briefings alongside formation leaders and EW Operators.
- Manage all flight crew elements of detachment planning.
- Plan and execute overseas transit flight plans for Falcon 20 and L159 aircraft.
- Shape the future by incorporating S-IADS and Red Operations Centre functions into mission design.
Your Connections
- In this role, you’ll work closely with key teams and stakeholders: Operations Control, Flight Operations, and EW Ops.
- Safety Departments and Military Customers such as JSATO, FOST, JTEPS, and USAFE.
- MPC liaison for seamless overseas detachment planning.
What You Bring
- Experience in Air Operations (essential).
- Military aircrew experience (desirable).
- Proficiency in flight planning (desirable).
- Tactical instruction expertise (e.g., QWI, EWI) (highly desirable).
- Eligibility or current possession of UK MOD SC Clearance.
