About the Role

Are you ready to lead cutting-edge defence projects that push the boundaries of innovation? Draken Europe is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing Red Force capability programme. You’ll be at the heart of delivering next-generation threat replication systems and integrated air defence solutions for international operational readiness training. This is more than a project management role — it’s your chance to help shape the future of defence technology.

What You’ll Be Working On

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A background in engineering or physical sciences (degree or apprenticeship preferred)
  • Strong experience in project and change management
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
