The Role
We are recruiting a Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager , you will manage our indirect procurement and play a key role in shaping and executing procurement strategies that support our projects and business goals. You will report directly to the Senior Purchasing Manager and collaborate closely with Program Managers and Directors . Your focus will be on driving value, managing risk, and improving supplier performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for projects and commodities.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal terms and pricing.
- Manage procurement budgets aligned with project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and explore new opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
- Draft and manage contracts with bespoke terms and conditions.
- Support bid teams to improve proposal success rates.
