Sous Chef wanted for Drake & Morgan. Since opening our doors in 2008, the Drake & Morgan collection now has 17 beautiful bars and restaurants in London and Manchester. We wanted to create a unique space where locals and visitors alike could enjoy thoughtful, inspired menus and innovative, crafted cocktails in the most welcoming environment.
As a Sous Chef you will oversee the kitchen with the Head Chef and work within a busy branded environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec
- Managing and training any chef de parties or commis working with you
- Helping the head chef to develop specials
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
