Excellent communication skills are essential as we are looking for applicants who are able to interact freely with the team and delight customers in service.
Responsibilities
- Section management & shift delivery
- Managing of pass, including expediting & team interaction with head chef & kitchen team
- Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed on every shift
- Attend and contribute to pre-shift team meetings.
- Handle voiding, correcting and changing bills in accordance with the prescribed Drake and Morgan billing and charging procedure.
- On-going team training & development
- Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and be confident to make recommendations/upsell.
