The main purpose of this job role is to have responsibility for ensuring that Drake and Morgan customers receive the highest standards of drinks service and a clean and tidy environment by ensuring maximum product availability and a clean and clutter free bar / customer areas.

You should have good organisational skills, be able to use your own initiative and be able to prioritise effectively.

You should be visually alert, have a personality and the confidence to manage a number of different tasks all at once and be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy the hospitality industry and working as part of a team
