About you
Ideally you will have similar bar management experience and a background within high‑profile, high‑volume bars & restaurants, be passionate about hospitality, obsessively detailed about little touches, and demand the very best from yourself and your team. You will also be a top‑tier mixologist who can inspire the team & guests alike.
Flavour of the Role
- Stock control, ordering of products, GP and labour control within a high volume, multiple bar operation.
- Training and development: recruiting, training and motivating your team are at the centre of your universe.
- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the venue is vital.
- Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow.
- Opening and closing shift management – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
- Health & Safety.
