Full Time Bar Supervisor wanted for Drake & Morgan\’s Bar & Restaurant, The Happenstance

Job responsibilities include the following;
β€’ To assist the Bars Manager in the control of wage costs in line with budgetary requirements
β€’ Manage the bar team\’s rota / breaks and development
β€’ Bartender Recruitment
β€’ To oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policy
β€’ To ensure mise-en-place are prepared according to Bars standards
β€’ To ensure guest drinks are prepared and served according to company standards
β€’ To ensure accurate stock-takes are carried out according to company policy
β€’ Always follow the Drake and Morgan steps of bar service and train/coach new members of your team to follow the same standards.
