About the Company

The Drake & Morgan collection of bars & restaurants are based in and around the city of London, from St. Paul's to Canary Wharf. Each venue has its own personality with a laid‐back contemporary environment, featuring fresh, seasonal, locally‐sourced food, innovative cocktails, mixology stations and a well‐stocked wine list.

About You

  • Similar bar management experience within high‐profile, high‐volume bars & restaurants.
  • Passionate about hospitality and obsessively detailed about little touches.
  • Top‐grade mixologist, capable of inspiring the team and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Stock control, ordering of products, GP and labour control within a high‐volume, multiple‐bar operation.
  • Training, development, recruiting, training and motivating your team.
  • Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the venue.
  • Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow.
  • Opening and closing shift management – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
  • Health & Safety compliance.

  • Proven eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
