Sous Chef wanted for Drake & Morgan

As a Sous Chef you will oversee the kitchen with the Head chef & work within a busy branded environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec
  • Managing and training any chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Helping the head chef to develop specials
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

We are focused on developing our teams and this role could be the first step to becoming a head chef with us.
