We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to join our client's well-established children’s residential home supporting young people with learning disabilities and additional needs. The Role
- Providing safe, nurturing and consistent care to children aged 7–17
- Acting as a strong role model within the staff team
- Supporting day-to-day routines, emotional wellbeing and development

- Building positive, trusting relationships with young people

Essential Requirements
