With 25 bespoke rooms, a charming private garden, and a warm, stimulating atmosphere steeped in original character, this care home provides person-centred support to adults with a variety of physical and neurological conditions. Residents are at the heart of everything, with tailored care plans and engaging activities that empower individuals to live their fullest lives.

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RLND/RGN/RNMH) with an active PIN and at least two years’ management experience in a care home or similar environment. You will have the confidence and competence to lead a dedicated care team, manage day-to-day operations, and champion high-quality, person-centred care.

Your expertise in clinical care, regulatory compliance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement will be key in ensuring the ongoing success of this vibrant home.
