Join Our Network of Expert Clinicians! Are you a qualified clinician looking for flexible remote work opportunities? We are looking for Independent EAP Counsellors and Mental Health Clinicians to join our network of external contractors.
About the Role: As a Clinician with Drake WellbeingHub, you will provide comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support to clients through virtual short-term consultations. This role offers the flexibility to work on a casual basis, handling clinical consultations as they arise.

About You: To thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical, counselling or case management roles (UK Based).
- Eligibility to work in the UK: Only non-visa nationals will be considered for this position.
- Tertiary qualification in psychology or counselling.
- Registration with a professional body e.g. BACP, HCPC.
- Current Police Certificate and Enhanced DBS Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Proven background in providing counselling, critical incident response, and comprehensive case management.
- Proficiency in managing and conducting virtual clinical consultations.
- Skill in developing clinical presentations utilising effective short-term therapy.
- Familiarity and experience with Employee Assistance Programs would be highly regarded.
- Experience using digital platforms and systems for consultations and case management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
