A fantastic opportunity for a professional Deputy Manager to join our clients Residential Children's Home. The Role
In this role, you will spend most of your time supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring safeguarding, care planning, and regulatory standards are consistently upheld. You will work closely with residential teams, external professionals, and senior leaders to deliver safe, compliant, and child-focused outcomes. This role balances hands-on leadership within the home with oversight of quality, compliance, and staff development, providing clarity on expectations from day one.
Essential requirements
- Proven experience within a regulated children’s residential care setting at senior, lead, or deputy level.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children & Young People) and working towards, or willing to enrol on, a Level 4 or 5 leadership qualification.
