We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of a supported living provider to support services based near Camborne. This role would suit an experienced senior support professional or deputy manager who enjoys being hands-on, supporting teams, and helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supported living setting.
The Role
- Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the services while supporting staff teams and individuals to thrive.
- Support the Registered Manager with daily operational responsibilities.
- Lead and motivate staff teams, setting strong standards and positive culture.
- Support care planning, risk management, and person-centred support delivery.
- Provide on-shift leadership, guidance, and support to staff.
- Assist with safeguarding, quality monitoring, and compliance.
- Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies as required.
- Support staff development through supervision and mentoring.
About You
- Experience in supported living, learning disabilities, mental health and/or complex care.
- Background in a senior support or supervisory role.
