Our client is expanding their in-house Speech & Language Therapy team. You’ll assess and treat children with a range of communication needs - developing individualised, evidence-based plans and partnering with families, schools and their wider MDT to help each child reach their potential.

What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive S&L assessments (speech, language, social communication, stuttering; swallowing/dysphagia where appropriate)
- Create and deliver individualised plans - articulation, language comprehension/expressive language, social communication, fluency and feeding/swallowing
- Maintain accurate documentation; share practical strategies for home and classroom carryover
- Collaborate across disciplines (therapists, psychologists, teachers, paediatricians); provide parent/staff training when needed
What you’ll bring:
- Recognised SLT qualification (BSc/MSc) and professional registration (e.g., HCPC or equivalent)
- Paediatric clinical experience in a clinic, school or therapy centre; strong diagnostic and documentation skills
- Compassionate, family-centred approach; ability to manage a varied caseload and work flexibly
