We are supporting a well‑established children’s residential provider in Shrewsbury to appoint a Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a stable, well‑run service that is entering a strong period of growth and investment.

The Role:

  • You will have full accountability for the overall quality, compliance, and safeguarding of the home.
  • Leading and developing a stable, values‑led staff team.
