Role Overview
As a Processing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our drainage survey projects. You'll be responsible for processing survey data from our engineers, ensuring reports meet quality standards, and assisting with general administrative duties to keep projects running efficiently from site to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working as part of a busy operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process drainage survey data and reports received from site engineers, ensuring all information is correctly formatted and complete.
  • Quality check survey outputs, including CCTV footage, drawings, and reports, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Draintech standards.
  • Liaise with engineers to resolve any queries or missing information before reports are finalised.
  • Upload, file, and manage project documentation using internal systems.
  • Support general office administration, including data entry and handling correspondence.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members in a polite and professional manner.
