About the Role:
As Regional Development Manager, you will launch and scale operations in new territories, with the ultimate goal of transitioning them into successful franchise units. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll be responsible for strategic planning, sales growth, team leadership, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and lead new operational territories
- Recruit and manage technicians and site staff
- Drive customer growth and sales performance
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure continuous improvement
- Prepare territories for franchise transition
- Build strong internal and external relationships
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of the drainage & plumbing sector
- Proven commercial and business development skills
- A growth mindset and strategic thinking
- Experience or interest in franchising a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
