Responsibilities

  • Partner with business to understand organizational priorities and develop people strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities as needed.
  • Assist with change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Analyze people metrics and trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
  • Experience supporting organizations with operations and employees in both the United States and the United Kingdom, including familiarity with employment practices, HR programs, and regulatory considerations across both regions.
  • Unparalleled attention to detail, paired with execution and moving things forward.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting dynamic, growing organizations, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
