Role Description

This is a full-time Trainee Sales role based on-site in Chelveston. Responsibilities include learning and developing sales techniques, engaging with prospective customers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. Additional responsibilities involve participating in training programs to enhance sales and communication skills to promote the company's telephony services effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Sales skills, including the ability to understand client needs, present solutions, and drive results.
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn Training and Sales Management techniques.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactiveness and a positive attitude towards personal and professional development.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
