About the Role: The Director of Professional Services, EMEA owns delivery execution of OT cybersecurity consulting, incident response, and penetration testing services across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, serving industrial and critical infrastructure customers across the region's most essential sectors. This role directly manages EU-based practitioners and leads the EMEA region through a Manager, Middle East who oversees the GCC/SAU cluster. The Director is accountable for EMEA utilization, delivery quality, team health, and geographic coverage while serving as a strategic partner to EMEA regional sales leadership. This position requires managing a geographically distributed, multi-cluster organization while balancing operational excellence with regional complexity including time zones, languages, and regulatory considerations.set performance expectations, provide continuous feedback, and develop individualized professional development plans with measurable goalsLead the EMEA region through the Manager, Middle East by setting clear strategic direction, creating space for day-to-day leadership, and routing decisions through the reporting structure without bypassing sub-managementOversee quality and consistency of EMEA delivery outputs across EU and ME; partner with Practice Leads to monitor engagement execution, address quality gaps, and drive adoption of consistent methodologiesMonitor EMEA utilization across both EU and GCC/SAU clusters through billable hours tracking and participate actively in resourcing decisions with SalesOpsManage regional coverage by addressing time zone, travel, regulatory, and language considerations that affect staffing and engagement execution; identify coverage gaps early and work to address themEnsure smooth operational execution across the EMEA team; manage operational budgets across the region, track resource allocation, and escalate financial risks appropriatelyCollaborate closely with EMEA regional sales leadership to identify service positioning opportunities; participate in regional sales calls and provide direct account support across both EU and GCC/SAU marketsLead the EMEA region through a Manager, Middle East, providing strategic direction while empowering in-region leadership.Qualifications: Experience delivering or leading cybersecurity work in OT/ICS environments β€” energy, utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas, or similar industrial sectors β€” with an understanding of the operational constraints that distinguish industrial engagements from traditional IT consulting.Proven track record leading and developing professional services or consulting teams across multiple locations or geographiesDeep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery and methodologiesDemonstrated ability to establish quality standards, monitor execution, and drive process improvement across distributed teamsExperience managing through sub-managers or other reporting structures in matrix organizationsStrong capability to navigate regional complexity including time zones, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerationsExperience tracking and managing budgets across multiple regions or cost centersStrong partnership and communication skills with regional sales organizations and ability to drive commercial alignmentExperience or comfort managing geographically distributed teams with cross-cluster staffing and resource allocation responsibilitiesCompensation: Salary: 150,000Competitive Equity Package Comprehensive Benefits Plan #LI-JF1 #LI-REMOTE Dragos is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetics, or any other basis forbidden under federal, state, or local laws.
