Dragos is seeking a Staff Engineering Support Engineer to join the Site Reliability and Support team in the United Kingdom.

You will be a senior contributor embedded in a global team handling Tier-3 escalation triage and cloud operations for the Dragos platform.

You will lead cross-team response, build robust monitoring, and author runbooks and knowledge base articles to empower Tier 1/2 staff.
