Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a highly technical and creative Growth Engineer (GTM Engineer) to lead acquisition efforts. Working closely with a founder, youll identify high-impact channels, design scalable lead-generation strategies, and forge key industry partnerships. With full ownership, you\’ll play a pivotal role in driving the companys expansion, launching in new cities, and elevating its brand within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and optimise channels capable of generating 500k+ leads.
  • Design and implement scalable lead-generation systems and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build an automated acquisition engine to fuel the global expansion.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with key hospitality industry organisations.
  • Launch in-person initiatives to enhance brand presence, such as community events and podcasts.

Essential Experience

  • Strong technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent).
  • Exceptional people skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a track record of innovative problem-solving.
  • Highly autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable taking extreme ownership.
  • Ability to unblock yourself and push projects forward independently.
  • Experience in growth, sales, or marketing (preferred but not required).
