Dragon School has an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral Manager to join the team. The main purpose of this role is in supporting the overall wellbeing, behaviour, learning, and safeguarding of pupils. The post-holder will provide high-quality administrative, organisational, and operational support to the pastoral and safeguarding teams across Pre-Prep and Prep, ensuring that key processes, daily operations, communication flow, and case management systems run effectively.
They will act as a central point of coordination - ensuring smooth handover of pastoral, learning (particular SEND) and safeguarding information, managing diaries and meetings, and supporting Pastoral Leads with the day‑to‑day running of the pastoral and learning provision across the school.
