The Dragon seeks to appoint a well-qualified and dynamic teacher to lead the school’s Design, Technology & Engineering Department. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to shape the future direction of the Design, Technology & Engineering curriculum (previously Design & Technology), and to help build on past success.

The position would suit a teacher with senior school (independent or maintained sector) experience, as well as those who have experience of teaching children of prep school age (8-13 years). We would also welcome suitable applicants or graduates from a related industry or field and would provide appropriate training as required.

The post does not have responsibility for the teaching of Design, Technology & Engineering at the Pre-Prep (Reception - Year 3) although the successful candidate will be expected to maintain close contact with the appropriate subject leader(s) to ensure continuity of provision.
